"We arrived at 5:30 PM to check in to find a sign that whoever was manning the front desk was helping a guest, we waited 15-20 minutes along with 2 other groups before we decided to leave for dinner and come back later. When we returned at 7:00 he was there and seemed frazzled and a bit confused, so I’m not sure what was going on earlier. Overall I like this hotel and have visited it several times and do recommend it, but It seems like there needs to be more than one person manning the entire hotel."
