"Excellent service with genuine friendly staff. Brilliant team under leadership of manager John.
Lovely room with everything you need for a comfortable stay including fresh flask of milk each day.
Good menu choice in the restaurant with fresh fish and local meat all delicious. Plentiful breakfast of very high quality.
Beautiful village with gorgeous walks on your doorstep packed with wildlife. "
"Lovely little terrace house in a great location. Very steep stairs and low doorway for staircase so kept bumping out heads and could do with a foam protector on door frame. Kitchen is small so not ideal for cooking in but otherwise lovely decor and good shower. We still have not received our damage deposit back though and it has been more than 3 weeks since our stay and there was no damage to the property or the contents and not contact about it either. I would have given it 4 stars otherwise."
"This was a first for all the different VRBO bookings we have made. A one star rating is probably wrong because we never got to stay in the property. It is in a remote country location and when we arrived (5pm on a Friday evening) the roads were closed from both directions. Apparently fibre is being installed in the area.Apple Maps helpfully directed us to the other side of a field and said we could walk from there! We had no choice but to drive back to London. A five hour round trip for nothing. The property manager, Stay in Suffolk, were pretty baffled when we contacted them but arranged a refund and some petrol money."
"Our whole family group really enjoyed our stay in Buoys Cottage Orford. The house had lots of space for us all and the children especially liked the playroom with pool table, lawn for football and firepit. Within easy walking distance were great mini store, bakery with coffee, chocolate shop and smokery. Orford Castle and Quay were a short walk away too, and walks around the coast and forests."
