Breakfasts were excellent. Parking brilliant. Room was very comfortable. Would highly recommend lovely staff. Also lots to visit ie Charlestown & Lost gardens of Heligan.

This is an amazing hotel. The facilities are great and the food is amazing. Best steak I have ever had. Would definitely stay here again

First morning at breakfast it was a little disappointing, we went down at 9am and the buffet was basically gone! We went down earlier the next couple of days and it was so much better. Room was perfect, and the area was great.

Very nice comfortable hotel with really friendly helpful staff. Good food and clean facilities. Close to the really pretty Charlestown harbour and some excellent restaurants close by for a change.

The Annex was a peaceful location with views across the hills. It’s a convenient location for the Eden Project and the beaches around St Austell. The annex is a good base and has a home from home feel. John the host is very friendly and welcoming.

Wow! I really couldn’t recommend staying here enough! A short walk down to the harbour. Beautiful views! The place itself was stunning. So clean. The beds were super comfy and the host was so lovely. We have really had a lovely weekend. Can’t Thankyou enough!

Helen and Paul must be two of the nicest and kindest hosts we've met. After a 6 hour drive, to arrive to a cream tea laid out in the apartment was truly a lovely touch. One of the cleanest places we've ever stayed, they'd literally thought of everything you could need. You name it, it was there, potato peeler, sieve, cling film, foil the works. Delightful accommodation, very comfy and perfect for a couple. Well sited for the SW coast path and/or the Eden Project.

The cottage was beautiful and comfy. Situated in a perfect place where it’s quiet but also close enough to everything. The hosts were great and very helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Miners Cottage for one night while attending the Eden Sessions. It was absolutely perfect for the four of us. The cottage was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were greeted with a lovely welcome food hamper, which was a really thoughtful touch and much appreciated. We had a wonderful time at the Bull Pen. If you’re looking for a quiet, well equipped secluded base from which to explore the nearby towns and villages, this was hard to beat. The nearest shops are a 5 minute car journey away and there are plenty of pubs in the area if you want a bite out. The hosts were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Being on a working farm, there are obviously going to be farm noises but these were not obtrusive.
