This newly built retreat features stunning Intracoastal views, a private pool, and a spacious backyard entertaining area. With two master suites, two living room spaces, and a stylish open-concept design, its perfect for families or groups to relax & unwind. Just minutes from historic downtown and local beaches. Book your stay today for a luxurious coastal getaway!

Located in Davis Shores just one mile from the bridge of Lions leading into downtown St. Augustine. Within walking distance of several restaurants. Located less than a mile from the Lighthouse Boat Ramp and plenty of space to park a boat at the house.


Guests have access to the entire property minus a locked storage closet.


1st Floor:
- Garage space converted into a living room with TV, mini fridge, Keurig, microwave
- Bedroom 1 with king bed & twin bed and ensuite bathroom

2nd Floor:
- Bedroom 2 with king bed and ensuite bathroom

Cancellation Policy (does not apply to Airbnb bookings): If Guest cancels the reservation more than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, Guest will be refunded 95% of any payments made. If Guest cancels the reservation less than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, any payments made by Guest will be forfeited. No refunds will be given once final payment has been made. It is advised that Guest purchase Vacation Insurance through a third-party provider.

Fantastic house!

Just stayed here for a long weekend to visit local family members. The house itself was great! It was clean, everything was as described, and the pool area was a perfect spot to hang out around. Location was also great - close to downtown (with restaurants within walking distance) and the beaches were only a few minutes away. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful vacation rental

We came to St.Augustine for a beach vacation with our family. This house was super cute with all the upgrades you would want. We enjoyed both the indoors and outdoors. I would have preferred a late checkout because being out by 10 is early when traveling with children, but I understand availability is a factor. Loved that there were board games, Badminton, and a basketball hoop for extra entertainment for the kids. Thank you for creating a fun and modern place to come to in FL!

Gorgeous Home in a Perfect Location

We loved our stay here at the Dolphin Tail property. The house has all the amenities you need for your stay. Great location for getting to Downtown, the beach, and restaurants. We enjoyed the heated pool and outdoor entertainment area. We can’t wait to stay here again on future visits.
