Easy walk to Old Town and great restaurants such as The Ice Plant, St. Aug Fish Camp and the Blue Hen Cafe for the best breakfast in town. 13 minute drive to St. Augustine Beach Pier. We have a community swimming pool on Riberia St. It is a $3 admission for guests to enjoy. Was told could not have dog over 40 lbs.; first people downstairs had two golden retrievers. A lot more small issues but these were the most frustrating.
