We stayed at Pier Point 57 right in the beach. Great beach and pool. The condo had beach towels, boogie board, chairs etc. Two floor condo with bedrooms upstairs. The condo was very clean and had plenty of kitchen needs. The pool was very clean and perfect temp. There are grills if you choose to use them. We loved going to the beach first and then the pool. Our vacation in saint Augustine was absolutely wonderful. The only slight glitch was that the internet service was down for about a day and a half, but management promptly fixed it and offered us a hotspot for us to use in the meantime. We were offered 4 tickets to a list of events and chose the Alligator Farm. The only reason I gave communication 4 stars was because of a misunderstanding between myself and management regarding the 4 free tickets. I believe communication could have been a little clearer. Otherwise, everything was wonderful and we will be back again! ##### Janet K. Condo was very clean and pretty. We had no issues with our stay other than the parking spot for our condo was far away from the condo. Not a big deal just made loading and unloading difficult. ##### Donna M. Needs a little TLC, painting water leaks on ceiling, the sheet on King bed is horrible! Ripped and thin. Two pillowcases were King size on Regular pillows. Perfect view . We walked to places see to eat . Ice cream - pizza right next door and island donuts on the other side were to die for . Pool was clean and refreshing and quiet . Condo was very nice- with a perfect view. Beds were comfortable and nice bathrooms . The only complaint was they had 2 beach chairs which both were broken and could not use . They had 2 others thankfully and the kitchen garbage can stunk pretty bad . We tried to clean it but didn’t work . Kitchen has everything you need ! We had no issues so never needed to contact owner but they did great to make sure everything was good - they texted with everything you needed . The pier is next door which was nice but it costs 2 bucks to go on it . Downtown was maybe 15 minutes away and super easy to get too . My favorite part is how dog friendly St Augustine is.
