"This was our first visit to St. Augustine. The location of this home was key to a very enjoyable stay! Our days were spent roaming Anastasia Island; beach, lighthouse, biking and kayaking. In the early evenings we would walk across the Bridge of Lions to explore the downtown and have dinner! The walk, and views, enhanced our stay! Chris answers all questions, including great restaurant suggestions."

"We had a short stay at this apartment but enjoyed the time we were there. The apartment was very clean however it could use a little refreshing. What concerned us the most was the driveway which was steep. Plus, parking at the bottom of the driveway made loading and unloading difficult. I would be afraid to walk on the driveway on a rainy day. The kitchen was stocked nicely with dishes and spices if cooking is in your plans. "Walking around was very easy to get anywhere in town and not having to use our car. Everything in the unit was very nice and clean however, I’m not a fan of a foam topper on the bed. Would prefer a great mattress instead. Bring your own clothing hangers as there were none available. We did leave one of our behind. There was a keurig coffee maker but no pods, only the packets you find in a hotel."

"“Charming” was so cute and quaint. Perfect for what we needed. We were here to visit St. Augustine so all we needed was a place to relax a little, shower and sleep.
