Had everything we needed for the 3 nights we spent there. Only a mile and a half from downtown. Beach is further away than we thought but it was all good! It was comfy even with overnight guests sleeping in the convertible sofa. It had everything we needed for our 3 day, 2 night stay. Crumbs on coffee table, all dishes had to be cleaned- had ketchup and other food particles on them. Living room sofa felt sticky- needs some cleaning.Bed was abominable- mattress topper and pillows too small for a king size bed- no support no comfort. It's a beautiful, conveniently located neighborhood, with a cozy vacation feel. Everything was provided that we needed during our stay, especially since we cooked a few meals here. I was impressed that we had access to everything from a nice Keurig, to pots and pans, and even basic spices for our meals. It was a quiet and restful place to spend our time, perfect for 2 of us. We were even provided with a list of things to do and places to eat. Again, I would book this location again and can't thank the hosts enough for providing a lovely space to rest and relax for my birthday weekend. ##### Tanya T. Meticulously clean and has many amenities. A short walk to the coffee shop in the morning. Used the bikes to ride through downtown and explore the historic district.
