Perfect little cottage for two for a short visit to St. Augustine. Easily accessible to the best restaurants and top attractions under a 10 min drive and even some locations within walking distance. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great experience in St. Augustine for a long weekend. This was a convenient location for everything we wanted to do. There were train noises at night as advertised, but we were so tired we fell right back to sleep when awakened.

Highly recommend this rental! The host and management company were easy to get a hold of and quick at responding. Location is great and close to the historic attractions. This was the perfect spot for 1-2 people. Plenty of space, most of the amenities you could need (just missing a hot plate), very comfortable bed, and close to all of the St. Augustine attractions!! We had a wonderful weekend :)

My boyfriend and I stayed this past weekend. We had the pleasure of meeting Holy and Chris, super nice. The location was great for us, we were only a few miles from everything we wanted to see and do. Cozy and clean, was exactly what we needed! We would certainly recommend this to friends and family.

The home was extremely clean. I was skeptical about a Murphy bed. But it was so comfy and I slept better there than I have in ages! I heard a few trains but nothing crazy or that interrupted my sleep really. Communication with the host was prompt and they provided awesome suggestions for local places! I will for sure stay here if I ever get the chance to return to the area. And recommend it to anyone. It was a quaint and perfect place to stay for my getaway

This place is adorable! You will find that is has all of your basic essentials covered and it close to anything you might need. It was the perfect place to come back to at the end of the day to relax and rest! The property owners are wonderful people we had the pleasure of meeting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a simple getaway!

The stay itself was fine, the room was clean and comfortable.Two major points to be aware of if you book this location. 1- It is right next to train tracks, and there is a train that rolls through almost nightly at midnight and 4am.. It is loud and will wake you up2- While only 5-10 mins from beautiful Old St. Augustine, the actual block/area is a bit of a rundown, dead-end zone. Safe, but definitely not an area to walk around.All that being said, it was an ideal stay for a week, and a perfect crashpad. Best suitable as a single bachelor pad.

Check-in could not have been easier with the instructions from Evolve. I communicated with Holly that we would be arriving in the night, and she went out and made sure that lights were on for us to easily make our way into the property. The tiny house is located centrally (5-10 min drive) to all of the things we wanted to do in the city, like Vilano Beach, the lighthouse, St. George St., and Fort Mose. There is a train that runs in front of the property across the street, but we like trains, and it didn't bother us at all when sleeping. The patio with it's seating options and porch swing was nice for taking in the sounds of the outdoors at sunrise. Holly has a Canva put together with suggestions on what to do and where to eat and specific instructions for care of the property and check-out. We couldn't have found a better place for our short stay in St. Augustine.

Simple, adorable "mother in law". Close to everything. I dont think i heard one train even tho they went by! Felt we were only ones there with "landlords" on site. Safe. We will stay again!

Perfect little spot to spend the evenings on a Saint Augustine trip, we were actually surprised how close to the main attractions this place was. If you like biking, you'd never need a car your whole trip! The rain got a bit noisy on the roof at times, but we enjoy the sound of rain so that wasn't really a downside to us. Absolutely would recommend to those that don't need all the amenities of a house or apartment on their trip and just want a base camp for relaxing and sleeping.
