Perfect homebase to explore Zion. Loved leaving the car parked and walking or using the free Springdale shuttle. Very clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Kitchen included everything we needed. Very quiet at night.

We stayed at The Zion Suite and it was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! Full size shampoo/body wash, laundry facilities with detergent!! Very comfortable beds and extremely clean. We had the pool to ourselves one day too. Highly recommend! Close to a few restaurants (make reservations) and close to the park…loved it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, well located, amazing pool/hot tub, and very private. It was for our 15th anniversary and we were both very satisfied with our stay.

Beautiful property in excellent condition
Our stay was great. The property is in excellent condition and everything is almost brand new. Parking was great and a Zion shuttle stop was very close by. We had 5 people and the size of the 2 bedroom condo and pull out sofa bed was perfect. There is one bathroom which was ok and it would have been fine if there were some mirrors in the bedrooms. The only mirror was in the bathroom. Hopefully they can add some.

It was clean, luxurious, and well appointed. We loved the stunning views from the suite and its proximity to Zion NP. The only downsides were road noise and headlights from guest parking at the hotel across the street.

The property was very clean, good location to everything to zion park, shopping, food, etc. Good communication with staff via email/text. I stayed at the Narrows Villa which is the Villa on the 1st level/floor. Unfortunately, being on th bottom level footsteps and running was heard from the upper level. The sound was very loud even just regular steps it was easily heard. The property's dish washer was not functional. I did let guest relations know about the dish washer. Guest relations did offer tips to operate the dishwasher and if needed to have it be fixed. Otherwise, I would stay in La Fave again beautiful property and good location. Thank you.

This property was immaculate in every way. The amenities provided from kitchenware to laundry let you enjoy your stay after a long day exploring Zion. Walk to nearby eateries, hop on the local Springdale bus stop, or just sit and enjoy from the patio while using the provided bbq grill. This was a first rate property and pleasure to stay, we will be looking forward to coming back.

The property is located 8mins driving distance away from south entrance, within a walking distance to restaurants and shops. This is a very clean and spacious property, we booked the smallest suite (watchman suite) and we were able to fit 4 adults. Complimentary coffee is life saver.

Very nice condo! The only thing that could be improved is a larger seating area to watch the huge TV. It is also a little inconvenient that it appears additional LaFave condos are under construction and the fencing around the site makes the current parking lot very narrow. But we managed just fine.....

LaFave villa at Springdale
We loved the Villa. It was new, spacious, spotless, beautiful view and having all the amenities one need. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had all the necessities. It is a great place for two couples or larger family. The price is high but worth it

Just a little more would have made it Perfect
Perfect except for kids running in the unit above us. Also, description indicated unit would be cleaned once per stay however this did not occur.

Our Zion Suite, Echo Canyon Villa, and Mystery Falls Villa are all second story units and may be a better fit for your next stay. I do apologize if the listing is unclear in regards to the cleaning schedule. We do not offer stay over cleaning. Each unit is cleaned just once, after your stay. However we are happy to restock any items as needed throughout your stay. I will contact Expedia/Hotels.com in regards to better communicating that information on their sites.
