"Beautiful hotel with a luxurious feel. I loved my room. It was very clean and comfortable and the balcony was great! The breakfasts were amazing and the staff were polite and helpful.
The dining room where the breakfast was served was so fancy. I loved eating in there!
The pool area was nice, which was the main reason I booked this hotel. But the pool was VERY cold. I asked about it and they said they would turn up the heat, It never felt warmer. So that was disappointing and took away from my stay a little bit. The area around the hotel isn’t the nicest. It’s busy and loud because of the public beach area. But the hotel itself is a quiet, peaceful oasis. The hotel only serves breakfast, but they gave me a list of recommended restaurants which was helpful. Some were nearby. It’s a little bit of a walk to the Riva and Old Town area. 10-20 minutes depending on where you’re going. But I didn’t mind it. I would stay here again if they heated pool."
