"We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the river. I was a great view, and there were chairs on the balcony, but metal, with no padding. Having a small cushion for the chairs would be nice. The lawn was a little overgrown, un-mowed, but the outside amenities were very nice."

My only issue with hotel is that as a solo traveler, it felt very odd to walk into a home and no one was there. You use a code to get into hotel and room but it still felt uncomfortable to me. I wondered if I was the only one there but then I would hear someone walking up stairs. Just a bit unsettling to me. I think if you stay as a couple, it would be perfect. The coupon for breakfast across the street was wonderful and delicious. I hate to complain because the owners were very thoughtful in providing the comforts of home in the kitchen area and house. Just a heads up for solo women travelers."
