Staff was friendly and helpful, once you could track them down. Breakfast was good, rooms clean, bathtubs are narrow. And there is no in between of the hot and cold temp in the shower.

There was a take out container left in the fridge when I checked in, other than that the staff was on point when my rm didn't have any air/heater & moved me within minutes of me calling about it, the room was beautiful, the little perks were nice, breakfast was low-key lacking I felt, the orange juice was watered down sadly yet @ the end of the day I feel they made up for area's they were lacking, well worth the $$ & I'm definitely going again & I suggest checking them out for they're 5 stars.

I’d say this hotel was mediocre. Seems they needed more staff, perhaps. With all the other options in Missoula, I probably would not stay here again. But at least it was in a cool location with lots of food and shopping nearby.

Overall great hotel. The staff were supurb with special mention of Mia who was so responsive to queations and requests. We could tell she was hustling! Some of the fixtures and soap dispensers could use some tightening. Breakfast was great and 24/7 Costa coffee machine a plus. Game room with pool table was great for kids.

The room was nice and the beds were really comfortable. The staff was super friendly and very efficient. The breakfast bar was great-the food and coffee were terrific. We will definitely revisit and recommend to our friends.
