"The hotel was very nice. The Thai restaurant in the lobby was very good. The vagrants outside didnt bother me too much since the whole area is filled with these unfortunate souls . Check in was easily done in person by the friendly desk agent. I would ask that guests are insruced how to utilize thier room key to activate the power outlets and some of the lighting in the room....I had to charge my phone in the hallway amd the housekeeper showed me the operation....simple but if you dont know you dont know! Very nice hotel...I would stay there again in the future."

"Omg I am inlove with the this hotel!! I’ve stayed in quite a few places in Frankfurt but this was my ultimate. Honestly hands down the best welcome, stay and cleanliness. I wish I knew about this hotel ahead of wasting $ on other ones. "

"Seems like a newer area, close to other hotels and a shopping mall. Felt really safe although I did find it a bit far from transit. Spacious and clean room though I did have problem with the access key for the first few times trying to get into room."
