Appartamento posto al piano terra di una abitazione appena ristrutturata, situato a 5 km da Assisi e 4 km da Spello, in zona tranquilla, con ingresso e giardino privato. E’ dotato di aria condizionata in cucina e nella camera padronale. L’appartamento si trova vicinissimo alla superstrada, e adiacente alla “via francigena”. Situato alla base del Monte Subasio è ideale come base per escursioni sia a piedi che in mtb oppur E-bike. Recentemente ristrutturato, è dotato di tutti i confort.
