"Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Restaurant was excellent. We had breakfast and dinner in the main dining room (did not try the other restaurant with the tasting menu). Stayed with wife and son in connecting rooms. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. "

"The 1st room we were given had a kettel with limescale in it and a bath with the enamel worn and black marks also purple marks on bath from some product that had been used previously we complained and were given another room.The 2nd room was on the 1st floor but there is no lift available as it is not being used anymore so anyone with mobility issues like my wife it will cause issues ! However there are some ground floor accessible rooms available. The radiator in our 2nd room wasn't working on...
