"I've stayed here before. Check in easy, had time to relax a little bit before, I went to explore the city and the gig at the Co op arena. Funny thing was I had forgot my usual debit card. So has to use my phone. Which didn't work at barclays. I found another way. Gig was Epic but terrible to get back from. But it won't stop me staying here again. "

"Architecture and interior design stunning. Staff lovely, beds comfortable. The bar is lively on a Saturday night but lots of drinks options and great atmosphere. Only slight disappointment is that we didn't see the famous ghosts, but perhaps that's a good thing."

"The highlight of the hotel is the spa. It’s really modern and feels so luxurious. The room decor looks a bit dated because of the carpet and the bathroom doesn’t feel particularly luxurious either. The mini fridge has no drinks in it. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the hotel is great would recommend that. I would visit the spa again not sure I would stay overnight. They didn’t advise on any discounts for parking so we had to pay around £60 for one day parking as we left for dinner so it counted as two sessions"
