Nestled in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, on the outskirts of the village of Brenna and only 12 km from Siena, Villa Amedeo is an elegant rustic residence dating from the fifteenth century. Composed of five apartments of various sizes, it can accommodate between 2 and 6 people per accommodation. Depending on their needs, guests can rent an apartment (ideal for a couple or a family), an entire floor with several accommodation (perfect for families or friends wishing to share cooking and living room), or the complete villa (10 double bedrooms), ideal for ceremonies and special occasions.

An authentic and refined setting

The villa opens onto a bucolic landscape of cultivated fields and orchards surrounding the village. Its privileged location allows you to take full advantage of local traditions: ceremonies in the nearby church, cultural and gastronomic festivals, concerts, art exhibitions, as well as many outdoor activities such as cycle tourism and horse riding.

The exterior offers two distinct spaces: a private landscaped courtyard, perfect for convivial meals, and a more intimate patio at the back of the villa.

A harmonious marriage between tradition and modernity

The restoration of the villa has sublimated its original architecture: dressed stone façade, terracotta floors, beamed ceilings. Each apartment elegantly combines authenticity and contemporary design, with walls in warm tones and careful decoration. The apartments have one or two bedrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a sleek style (with shower or bathtub).

The interiors, both personalised and eclectic, reflect the soul of the owners, who are passionate about travel. You can discover objects and furniture brought back from the four corners of the world, such as four-poster beds made of wood or wrought iron, decorated with silks with oriental influences. An original detail in the bathrooms attracts attention: sinks carved in stone, with unique shapes and colours.

The living rooms open onto a paved stone courtyard, where large teak tables and benches shaded by parasols invite conviviality. A barbecue, an outdoor shower and a hydromassage bath complete this relaxation area, ideal after a day exploring the treasures of the Italian Renaissance or the nature trails of the Merse River Valley.
