"We had issues with the drain not draining and an outlet not working and called on Sunday. Someone finally came out to fix it on Friday. Also the microwave is from like 1987. It needs to be replaced. There is no oven so you really need a decent microwave. The location was great and the pool was nice."

"Love love love the location of this property. It is perfect for if you’re visiting Universal Studios like my party was… However, there are more cons than pros in my opinion. There was mold in apartment, especially in the bathrooms (which I’m sure is due to lack of ventilation and humidity) as well as finding a dead cockroach in the restroom. While some of the unit seemed somewhat recently updated/renovated… The entire building was run down and outdated. The beds were pretty comfortable but...

"Notes as of October 2024 TLDR: good but not great, got the job done. Good: - Very close to Universal and Disney - Easily accessible - Good pools - Great view - Just enough for traveling on a budget Bad - Pull out couch did not come with pillows or blankets - Pull out couch mattress needs a mattress replacement - Code to door stopped working half way through the trip and locked us out of the apartment - No instructions for wifi"
