"I have stayed at this facility twice - each time for a concert at the Paycom Center which is within a short walking distance. I didn't think much of the elevator situation the previous time I was there, but this time I did. After concerts there are ALOT of people needing to get to their rooms but there is only one elevator running at each end of the lobby. When I asked the front desk associate about this at check out his reply was, "I think they are waiting on a part". Really? For two years? I had my elderly mother with me and standing for long lines is not in her best interest. Also, there was a young couple with a sleeping child that truly needed to be put to bed: the couple attempted to go up the stairs but was told by security that the stairs did not lead up to guest rooms. They had to switch off holding the child while waiting in line. The room I stayed in did not have coffee cups nor was the coffee box restocked. The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower was completely empty. The biggest plus and redeeming factor of my stay was breakfast. Good selection to choose from but the BEST surprise was when I asked for salsa for the eggs. BEST SALSA I've had in many years."

"Everything was great until in the morning after the first night. My husband went down to get breakfast i wasn't feeling well so I stayed in the room. My husband was kind enough to try and bring me something upstairs, but this man stopped my husband by yelling at the top of his lungs that he was not allowed to take food out or up to the rooms. I completely understand policy but for this man to yell at my husband in front of other guests was completely uncalled for. Once my husband informed me of what happened I went down and spoke with the gentleman at the front desk and explained what happened. He informed me that he was just doing his job. I then explained to him that there was a more professional way about doing so. The next morning my husband went down for breakfast and didn't dare try to bring me anything in fear of being yelled at again. But my husband did have the chance to watch this extremely rude man devour his next victim, an older gentleman. I was horrified when my husband told me what he had witnessed. I have yet to receive my deposit back even though we left the our room in excellent condition...other than that I absolutely recommend this hotel with only 1 caution ⚠️ don't try and take any breakfast up to your room!!"
