"This is the second time I stayed at this hotel, the first time there was a fight at 3am, I called front desk and they never answered. The facility stinks, smells like tobacco mix with an unpleasant smell. I only stayed due to being close to a concert I will never stay there again. Smells, no shampoo in my room, breakfast limited. "We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately were disappointed with our experience. The main reason we booked this hotel was because it offered a one-bedroom suite with two beds in the bedroom. However, when we arrived, we were given two separate rooms instead. The staff told us, “The room you booked is not available and in general hotel promised you two beds, here are your two beds.” But if we needed two separate rooms, we would have booked two rooms from the beginning. The separate bedroom layout was specifically why we chose this hotel over others. The breakfast was also disappointing. It was similar to the standard hotel breakfast offered everywhere else, but something about it just did not seem right and we did not enjoy it."
