\-Fireplace: Please DO NOT use the fireplace!  
  
\-Trash & Recycling: Please remove all trash, including any food left in the fridge, and place bagged trash in the outdoor bins.  
  
\-Recycling does not need to be sorted, except for bottles and cans that are refundable in Maine. These can be set aside—feel free to return them to a local redemption center, or housekeeping will collect them.  
  
\-No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside or outside on the property.  
  
\-No Fireworks: Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises.  
  
\-Damage Policy: Accidents happen—please report any damage promptly so we can address it quickly. The Damage Waiver covers unintentional damage to the property and its contents up to $1500, provided damages are reported to Ohana Vacations before check-out. (Airbnb reservations excluded)  
  
\-Starter Pack: Ohana provides a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Guests are responsible for replenishing the following items as needed.
