"Beautiful cabin right by a trail into the woods-a little expensive for 4pm check in and 10am check out but the front desk called me at 3 to tell me they were ready! Great customer service them and when we had a question on our hot tub too. Not sure why Expedia said there is champagne service on the higher end cabins as they didn’t know about that but it was so pretty and clean that I can’t wait to go back!"

"The property itself was great. New, fresh room decor, great linens, comfy beds. Problem was at check-in. Some kind of computer glitch made us wait longer than usual to get to our room. And then, once we finally made it to the 5th floor, the room key would not open the door! The front desk girl made us try the key 3 times! Before offering to unlock the door with the master key, A lesson in supreme patience. The next morning, after we had gone to breakfast, of course we didn’t have a key. So...
