The manager wasn’t helpful at all about the free parking question. Basically told me it wasn’t his problem and to contact hotels.com. They can honor the reservation but not the rest of the amenities listed in said ad. This will be the last time I book that hotel and probably be the last time I use hotels.com since their ad listed it wrong and cost me even more money. My cousin booked through hotels.com and got a bigger, nicer room a lot cheaper.
