Great hotel with friendly front desk staff, big and nice rooms, and a perfect location near the station with lots of shops and restaurants around. I’ll definitely stay there again

Everything was good, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Room was nice and clean. Free wi-fi, wide bed, slippers and even intimate hygiene soap. If you watch tv in a hotel be aware that there are only 2 channels in English, the rest are in Italian. Good choice at the breakfast: eggs, bacon, salad, tomatoes, cheese, pastries and fresh orange juice that you can make yourself. This property is a hidden gem. We absolutely loved it. The only downside is that when enquiring about the spa there was no massage services which would have been a bonus. Will definitely be staying again

I was slightly sceptical before arriving because of some of the mixed reviews, but I honestly can’t really fault this hotel. I booked it as a base for me and my 11 and 13 year olds for visiting Milan and Lake Como. Nice clean modern hotel close to the centre Parking onsite, which is very helpful in Milan Room spacious and comfortable, no real bar area but breakfast good. Will use again.

The hotel offers a very high level of service. It all began with my arrival at Linate airport to be faced with a taxi strike......a phone call to the charming Concierge resulted in a car arriving within 30 minutes to take me direct to the Hotel, where I was graciously received and personally taken to my very well appointed Suite. Brilliant for getting around Milan, 5 minutes from metro and centrale train station and buses to airports. Hotel staff are lovely, rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The hotel had very good facilities and was pleasing and in location where it is easy to get to the city centre. With one of our group being a child with severe #foodallergy to multiple foods; we have had avaryong experiences before. We let this hotel know via eamil, were asked to confirm this at check-in and staff (both Reception and catering) were well-informed, seemed to have procedures in place and were able to make in-hotel dining and room-service as safe as possible (ie, reduced risks). ...
