"Everything was ok "

"The only reason that I booked this property was for the pool. My children traveled all day and I wanted them to unwind. The pool was under renovation and was unable to be used. It did not say that on the listing. In addition when I used the Expedia filters, I put in Airport Shuttle. The listing came up using that filter, however it did not have a shuttle. That was an Expedia issue- though I admit I should have double checked. I won’t be using Expedia or staying at Divya for my return trip. "

"Rooms aren't soundproof - I could hear people not in my room peeing in the toilet - It is clearly a.party place - so if you are looking for quiet - skip this place"

"Beautiful renovated rooms, comfortable beds and bedding. Front desk staff all super nice and very responsive when calling down to ask questions. Pool was nice and enjoyed the 2 hot tubs that were different temperatures. We didn't use the steam room but this was a nice touch too. We got 2 welcome drinks from booking on expedia so it was nice to enjoy a glass of wine at the restaurant in the evening. Parking and checkout was easy, perfect location for walking to everything in Banff! I requested a late checkout at 11:30 and there was no issues with this and no charge. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Small rooms, way overpriced for the experience. Little value to stay there beyond the location and would book an air bnb next time before committing to additional nights at your property. Disappointing room features and felt like a basic holiday inn once you were in the room. I guess I liked my pillow. Good luck in the future but I’m not rushing back and there’s nothing unique to even tell people about during the stay."
