"Love the price and cleanliness of the place (the hallway even smells amazing!). Staff was great and the breakfast was wonderful! They didn’t charge extra for our furbaby, which we so appreciate. Only thing was it was, someone kept walking on the 2nd floor consistently from 7am to around 9am, then around the evening time as well. Not sure if it was staff or a restless guest. "I will get my complaint out of the way first. I had used hotels.com to book my room and saw that they had connecting rooms, which I want it. I called the hotel afterwards to make sure I would be able to get them and was told they will mark it down and it shouldn't be a problem. When I got there I was informed that I wouldn't have connected rooms as they were already booked. The gentleman was very apologetic and did end up getting me two rooms right next to each other.
