We stayed 8 nights and the hotel and staff could not have been friendlier. Great selection of hot cooked food and breakfast cereals, eggs, porridge, pancakes,fruit etc. The hotel outside and inside was very clean,tidy and well appointed. The gym and swimming pool and whirlpool were superb. Thanks to all staff and management for their hospitality during our stay.

We stayed here in July during the week the Republican National Convention was in town, so the hotel was probably busier than usual. The room was pretty spacious for myself and 2 children, but we had an issue with the cleaning staff, the vending machine and the restaurant. The cleaning staff - on two occasions - skipped our room, even though we were literally there waiting for them. When we went next door to ask them to come back, they said NO and when we asked if we could just have some extra...

This property is beautifully styled. My suite was over 35m2 and on a corner. The furnishings are stylish and well curated. The bed was massive and very soft, too soft for me but a great bed none the less. Outside the room is a common area with a stunning high end kitchen with dare cooking and food storage areas. Free nespresso and Rishi tea, free pastries and yogurt and granola. Utterly gorgeous. The hotel works entirely with out a front desk and no keys. Access is all via a key code sent to...

Hotel is in a great location although the interior is a little tired.

Excellent hotel ...delicious food - and above all- exceptional service.

Our second visit to the Staybridge was once again comfortable and stress free. After being out and about with business and pleasure during the day it is always good to come 'home' to at the end of the day. We will be returning again soon.
