Only one issue poor lighting when walking to the apartment at night

Breakfast was nice, but the real stars of the show here were the receptionists Dana & Heather! Heather changed us to a different room when the AC was cronky and loud. Dana organised a taxi as I was having trouble with my mobile data. Without these two exceptional employees, it's just another hotel.

Me and wife stayed here for the first part of our honeymoon from England. We couldn’t have been more happier with our stay. Main things to mention, the staff are incredibly friendly, the food and service at the restaurant were excellent - we opted for breakfast add on and very glad we did as it was wonderful. Good Breakfast Good Parking

Lovely stay.

Great clean property, pleasant atmosphere.

I thought the hotel was fantastic value for money - well located, super convenient with parking, spacious rooms, very good cleaning, great lobby for amenities and atmosphere, excellent breakfast and decent gym. We had 5 days in Houston after coming a very long way and the comfort of the hotel really set us up for the rest of our stay in the USA. Highly recommended, sincerely.

great workers, good amenities, everything on point

Great hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are lovely. Only issue was the air con in our room was very loud, not a big problem for us as was only in town for 1 night but could be a problem for a long period.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Friendly service from staff. Good breakfast in the morning.

Very clean new comfortable hotel generous rooms

Useful shuttle service to get around with friendly drivers. Front desk competence is woeful, especially compared to the other Embassy suites hotel 10mins away.
