Clean hotel, friendly staff

Easy check in, all staff friendly and accommodating.

Everything was as expected. The Assistant Manager went out of her way to make us feel welcome.

I was a little nervous after reading some of the mixed reviews, but I have to say that this property was fantastic! Amazing location close to everything and also tucked out the way. Breakfast fresh every morning, friendly team.

Returned for another visit here. Always very clean and staff are great. Location is perfect for walking into the centre

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Kenwood Beautiful house and gorgeous room and bathroom. The house is well situated to the old town very good walking distance to the area’s restaurants and shops We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend a visit .

A very pleasant unique experience. Great old house in a good location for food and attractions. Lovely river walk into downtown Jacksonville. Sydney was an absolute delight - very helpful. Loved every minute. Great breakfast.

A beautiful Victorian house in St. Augustine’s historic district. We stayed in the Juli room, which is filled with American country antiques and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. The location is perfect to explore St Augustine's attractions, bars and restaurants, all on foot. Marilyn, Anthony & the staff were the perfect hosts and the breakfasts were exceptional, I would return just for the Croissant French Toast with Bacon.
