Good facilities. Nice breakfast. Not all rooms with balcony. 2 minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Small complaints, dirty windows and unpleasant smell from the bath tub when the water is running. Room 205

A beautiful Victorian house in St. Augustine’s historic district. We stayed in the Juli room, which is filled with American country antiques and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. The location is perfect to explore St Augustine's attractions, bars and restaurants, all on foot. Marilyn, Anthony & the staff were the perfect hosts and the breakfasts were exceptional, I would return just for the Croissant French Toast with Bacon.

The best location in St. Augustine is on the waterfront. You can walk around the centre of the city from the hotel. We saw dolphins in the river from our nice balcony. The hotel is very clean and our room was cleaned daily. Staff were polite and courteous and sorted out any concerns. Parking is pricey at $40 a day.

A nice quirky place to stay in the centre of St Augustine, very convenient for all the museums and great for bars and restaurants. Very friendly staff and great pancakes for breakfast especially with the homemade adult syrup 😉

Staff a mixed experience, some very good espec valet parking people. Some eg checkin rather aloof.
Outside rooms noisy. Tip: don't go for a premium room, for peace and quiet ask for inside view, but not of the pool.
Bar friendly, breakfasts good food

Good sized living area with sofa bed, leading to a large bedroom. Bathroom good too.
Some areas of wear, but on the whole good.
Breakfast included in price is basic but good.
Staff excellent - Angel Vazquez immediately addressed an issue we had.
Would stay again
