The beach is so beautiful with a stand that has the sweetest fruit. The staff were very friendly. My only two improvements would be more vegan food at breakfast and in the restaurants. I think the breakfast areas could be slightly cleaner as unfortunately it’s open air so there are some flies And then some small improvements to the room, ours was one of the renovated premium rooms but it had some issues (shower flooded a little). Despite that, we would still come back as the staff were friendly, helpful and they took note of little things like giving us extra water, towels and moisturizer after us asking. The spa and sports amenities were a lovely plus!" We had a swim up room which was large, clean and very comfortable, the only downside of the room was that the terrace was in the shade for the majority of the day, if you want one of these rooms request one that has sun most of the day. The site is almost split in two with quieter side that had an adult only pool and family pool with bar, then the other side has a mini water park for the kids with a number slides, fun water play and a lazy river. At breakfast there's a great choice catering to all nationalities and tastes, we didn't eat at the hotel at night but speaking to people who had it sounded very good. The staff are fantastic, always polite and friendly, nothing is to much trouble.
