The hotel itself it’s great. All new, beautiful, nice view. Room is amazing (pool view room). I just think the staff need to be more professional and get more training to run a 5*. There were people in reception that didn’t speak English and without uniform so I got confused if it was a staff family member or if they were working there...
Breakfast was good, nothing spectacular, for me was fine as I don’t eat too much anyway.
I still would recommend the hotel.
