"I am a disabled Veteran. No help with luggage. It was very bad. I was told they don’t offer help with luggage. But when I left the man at the front desk said they’d help. What the hell?"

"Honestly, not a great experience. The room wasn’t clean when we got there, the toilet had hair in it, which was pretty gross. We also noticed signs of bed bugs, which made it really uncomfortable to stay. Definitely not what you expect from a hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it."
