"The hospitality team was extremely polite and answered all questions regarding our stay. The room was spotless and surprisingly quiet for a city-center hotel. Blackout curtains, a firm-but-soft bed, and spacious suite made our stay phenomenal! We also enjoyed the rainfall shower, separate tub, and double vanity. Let's not forget the amazing valet team and how attentive they were. The onsite restaurant is convenient and The food offerings were delicious . Never mind This is definitely a 5-star property!"

"It is a bit outdated and needs an upgrade. The place is clean, well maintained however and staff helpful. The room needs more outlets. Outlets are located on the desk and very slow to fully charge phone. Location is great! Everything is in walking distance- Grant and Millennium Parks, Michigan Ave, bus/train easily accessible, State St for shopping, etc. No refrigerator nor microwave in the room."

"The location and room itself worked well for us after a wedding on the Southside and using a Spot Hero parking place. The breakfast was very good, made fresh with good options but the tables needed to be bused and wiped down. The lobby needed tending to as well"
