"We stayed from the 11th-16th August and had a great time! The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist who worked most mornings. We felt very safe. The pool is great and usually had sun loungers available. The shop is cheap and has good options. We booked full board which is actually soft all inclusive (alcohol with meals but not at the bar, all food, snacks and soft drinks included). The food was great, a good selection for everyone even fussy eaters, we loved...

"The resort is fairly new, the reception is gorgeous (and a great respite from the heat outside), accommodation is excellent, sadly cleanliness was poor and the food at the main restaurant was really really poor, both quantity/variety-wise and quality of the ingredients / cooking. Totally spoils the stay. The restaurant needs a complete overhaul"

We stayed in an executive sweet with two children and there was ample space and comfort. Will definitely return! All staff worked hard and always smiling. "The pictures advertised on expedia.com were a lot different than reality. Bunk bed was not safe and our kids could not use it. Room quality, furniture etc were far from what we had seen on pictures"
