"Reception staff and in ‘restaurant’ good. Animation shocking . But I know there is a reason I don’t do all inclusive and this reconfirmed. Food shocking, canteen like restaurant. I paid less than half price of this in pefkos and had breakfast and great service . The area around hotel not good. And the smell ! The rooms are nice but I wouldn’t be paid to stay there. "We had a fantastic stay at Casa Cook Rhodes. The staff were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and had a great sense of humour, which made our stay even more enjoyable. "Nice hotel, not 5 star for sure. Got a Delux room but was 2 single beds joined together with some bedding in the middle so you wont tell. Beds were uncomfortable and soft. Asked for a harder mattress, there was non available. Mattress had yellow marks under the sheets. Resteraunts to book were unavailable, even though looked empty. Not much to do in surrounding area. Local shops very pricey for snacks. Main food hall same food nearly every day."
