"Great place that was fully stocked with beach stuff and every kitchen item you could need. Amazing location minutes from the beach. The place was clean. We brought our own blackout curtains for the windows. The only issue is that you can hear a lot of sound from the people upstairs and beside you but not a lot to be done about that. "

"My family had a wonderful stay at the carriage house over the 4th of July! It was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 young children. The location is amazing and really can’t be beat. We enjoyed being able to walk to all the nearby restaurants and to the beach and boardwalk/Funland. The parking space was a little tight as we had a larger car, so appreciated the included parking pass to be able to park in the street as well. They really maximized the efficiency of the space and everything felt modern, clean, and newly renovated. Beds were very comfortable, dressers spacious, the area was quiet, and the central AC was such a nice surprise - the house stayed so cool despite the heat. Overall we loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again! "

"If you are looking for a summer getaway we highly recommend this location! We had grandparents all the way down to a 2 year old and the walk to the beach and boardwalk were easy for all. The beach area is away from the crowds as well so you get a wonderful quiet experience. We had plenty of space to spread out when needed and there was plenty of hot water for back to back showers. We loved eating out in the sun room together. Thanks, Cindy for being a part of our family memories!"

"Clean, modern, great location - 2 blocks from the beach. Even with the heat wave, the window ac units kept the house cool."

"House is in good shape, and some of the issues in the past years have been fixed. Frying pans and utensils are in bad shape and need replacement (we brought our own since this has been ongoing for the last couple of years). Owner was very responsive when we had an air conditioning issue and had someone come out immediately. We'll be back."

"The house is in a good location, close to downtown and close to the beach. It's a newer property, however, the upholstery on the kitchen/dining room chairs and the living room couch wasn't clean. We contacted the property managers and they were responsive over text but ultimately never sent anyone out to clean even after we asked several times. They kept blaming it on "the local crew." Not a great experience when you're paying 1500/night to have food stains etc on the furniture where you're eating, hanging out and relaxing. Also, the sectional and chairs in the living room are terribly uncomfortable."
