It is about an hour's drive from the SpaceX Starbase, located in Boca Chica, Texas. The Space: Enjoy an exclusive beachfront getaway from our ultra-mod, luminous condo for the ideal vacation stay with resort amenities! You’ll be on the seventh floor of Solare Tower with everything you’d need for a relaxing and rejuvenating time. When you enter the condo, you’re greeted by floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows that offer a nice view of the ocean and surrounding area. There’s direct access to a spacious private balcony to savor your morning coffee or enjoy the sunset. The space is luminous with comfortable furnishings and modern decor. You’ll have a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare meals. There’s a convenient breakfast bar for a quick snack or coffee. For a more formal sit-down meal, there is a plush dining table for four. After the sun-filled beach and pool adventures, unwind on the living room sofa, where you can relax and enjoy a show, the big game or movies on the large flatscreen Smart TV with cable. The sofa opens to a queen sleeper sofa for flexible sleep space. When it's time to rest for the night, you’ll have a comfortable bedroom with an incredible ocean view, two plush double/full-sized beds and a Smart TV. The condo also has a desk and chair for the remote worker(s) with good WiFi, a private washer and dryer, so your clothes are always fresh, quality linens, towels, beach towels, shampoo, hairdryers, and 2 car parking spaces onsite. Getting Around: The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), which is about 27 miles away. You’ll have parking onsite at the complex. Walking around the island is fun, too! Other Things to Note: Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. \- You’ll be on the 7th floor. There is an elevator, but in the unlikely event the fire alarms sound, you’ll be required to walk down the stairs. \- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay. \- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. \- Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in. \- All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay. \- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. \- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted. \- The rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc.), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed. \- BBQ grills are available in the designated “Palenque” area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends. The two-burner grill is $40, and the four-burner grill is $50. \- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 charge for tampering with it. \- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. \- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. \- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. \- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. \- Pets are not allowed at this property. \- Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests.
