* 2nd bedroom now has TWO bunk beds total 4 beds all full sized new mattresses. Master is Queen. There is not a pull out couch.
*2 bedroom/3 bathroom in 4plex w/ high 12 foot ceilings, granite & stainless + full yet small kitchen.
*50 yards to restaurants & bars yet quiet. Minimalist furniture design. Perfect for families. 2nd floor. WIFI

The Space:
Condo is clean inside - all tile amd laminate no carpeting if allergies. Uniquely has en suite full bathrooms off each bedroom plus a half bath off living room. Couch does NOT pull out. Bring extra bedding if you want to use that.
Flat screens are smart TVs for youtube, netflix, etc. though we don't provide local cable.
Comes with a fully equipped kitchen that is smaller but with all pots & pans, towels, and linens + basic soaps. Great 2nd story private patio overlooks the pool in back if you want to watch the kids swim or sip a margarita
Road in front of property is under construction and gravel at this time until Aug 1, 2024 per the City of South Padre. Please be aware of some construction dust from time to time
As this is a 2nd floor condo a flight of stairs is required to get upstairs.
High 12 foot ceilings. Pool in back is private to the 4 condos here & very clean. 1 easy block walk to public beach access, walk to Clayton's Beach Bar, Kellys Irish Pub, Island Market for quick meal prep supplies, Parrot Eyes for water sports or Fish Tacos, BurgerFi for organic cheeseburgers.

While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up

Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements
Please contact us prior to making a reservation not after about these stipulations above as we have a strict cancel policy. We are fully disclosing this prior to booking and require all guests to read and agree to all house rules as well as submit a docusign rental agreement contract with a pic of your photo ID to age verify. This is not optional

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire second floor apartment, providing a private retreat for your beach getaway. Inside, you will find two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an additional half bathroom for your convenience. The space features a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area. Outside, enjoy your own private balcony that overlooks the shared swimming pool, which is reserved exclusively for the four units in this complex. Free off street parking is provided for up to two vehicles. Please note that as this is a second floor unit, a flight of stairs is required for access.

Experience the best of South Padre Island from our perfectly located condo, situated just a short one block walk from the beautiful public beach access. You will find yourself in the heart of the action, with popular local spots like Claytons Beach Bar and Kellys Irish Pub reachable in just moments on foot. For your convenience, the Island Market is nearby for quick meal prep supplies, while Parrot Eyes offers exciting water sports and delicious fish tacos. If you are craving a burger, BurgerFi is also just a short stroll away. Despite being only fifty yards from the vibrant local restaurants and bars, the property remains a quiet and relaxing retreat for families and friends.
Getting Around:
Getting around South Padre Island is easy and convenient from our location. We provide free off street parking for up to two vehicles directly at the property. For those exploring without a car, the island offers public transportation options, and you can find additional free parking at the intermodal bus station or the local post office if needed. Please note that golf carts are considered vehicles on the island. Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport is the closest major travel hub, typically reachable within a forty five minute drive.
Other Things to Note:
To ensure a smooth stay please note that we require a completed rental agreement and a copy of a valid photo identification from the primary guest prior to your arrival. The primary guest must be at least twenty five years of age and must be present at check in. Check in time is at three in the afternoon and check out is at eleven in the morning. Please observe quiet hours from ten at night until nine in the morning. We provide a starter pack of essential supplies for your convenience. If you are bringing a pet please note that a fee of seventy five dollars plus tax per pet applies and pets must adhere to our house rules including no furniture access and no pool area access. Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited. At departure please set the thermostat to seventy eight degrees start the dishwasher and remove all trash to the dumpster to avoid additional cleaning fees. Free parking is available for up to two vehicles. Please be aware that the road in front of the property is currently under construction.
