Schlitterbahns) \*Full size kitchen, bathroom with Queen Bed + pull out full sized bed couch + airbed in closet \*Balcony great for a sunset drink \*Kitchen fully equipped + Linens/soaps Please read + agree to House Rules prior to booking The space Thank you for looking at our bright spacious lil' efficiency condo at Gulfview I. It is located on the 2nd floor, there is an elevator though you are welcome to walk. 2 flights of stairs. An efficiency condo means that the kitchen/dining flow right into the bedroom area - it is not separate. There is a nice queen bed for mom & dad, a pull out couch for the kiddos, and we do provide an extra airbed if you. have a grumpy teen coming along :) Max allowed is 5 people (yes a baby is a person!) as that is max building HOA allows - sorry. no exceptions. Gulfview I is a very clean, well maintained condo complex with private beach access for all guests, a crystal clear/clean pool (not heated) as well as 2 heated outdoor Texas Sized jacuzzi tubs, one for family use and one adult only. The beach is about 100 yards away. Very nice seaside grill at Holiday Inn you can access as well for lunch and drinks. One of the most popular amenities here is you can BBQ by the pool! There are half a dozen BBQ pits (bring charcoal) located by pool with a covered patio and seating/tables. Very hard to find on the Island If it is gloomy out, there is an inside small community center where guests can chat, play cards or board games, or do puzzles or simply read to get outside. The condo has a full sized fridge and stove, is fully equipped with pots/pans/forks/plates/etc as well as microwave. There is unfortunately no dishwasher here. The patio has 2 chairs to watch the sunrise or sunset, and overlooks the parking lot and Schlitterbahn waterpark which is now called Beach Park SPI. it is walkable. \*Free Parking Off Street If you have any questions please contact us prior to booking as we do have strict no cancel/no refund policy and would be more than happy to assist prior to booking. Please note: in the months of March and Easter weekend, the property charges a non refundable fee of $25 + 17% tax on condo security wristband fees. This is a HOA fee and NOT our fee. You can buy them in cash from security OR if you wish to use a credit card, we can pre collect this money from you and get them on your behalf. Again, this is for anyone ages 10 years of age to 32 years of age. We are fully disclosing this prior to booking and require all guests to read and agree to all house rules as well as submit a docusign rental agreement contract with a pic of your photo ID to age verify.
