Kitchen has all utencils, blender, toaster, coffee maker (coffee, filter/creamer/sugar substitute all included) all linens, towels, and basic soaps Super convenient location is walkable to half a dozen restaurants, a convenience store, even the Dollar Store. While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router. Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up \*Free Parking Off Street Condo is super fresh inside, needs nothing, all maintenance and stock of all you need inside ready to go! Max is 6 in this wonderful condo per hoa While many condos on the island have out dated furniture, this condo is 100% ready to go with a very beachy feel to it. Light caribbean color vibe too. You must do one or the other to book this property and stay here We bill for either via the Airbnb resolution center prior to arrival. Again, these are fully disclosed for guest convenience as many HOAs are very strict on coverage plans. Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes with additional requirements. 2.)
