There is an elevator, but in the unlikely event the fire alarms sound, you’ll be required to walk down the stairs. \- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay. \- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. \- Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in. \- All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay. \- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. \- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted. \- The rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc.), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. Living room tables wobbled when you set anything on them. Water pressure in showers and toilets horrible. Kitchen missing any sort of mixing bowls for pancakes, salads ect. The master bathroom had little to no lighting. Need more blankets and kitchen needs to be a bit more equipped. The cable tv and tv’s were a plus and bathrooms in every room were great the condo just needs a bit more cleaning before/after each stay. Also, the hallways to the condo need to be better kept. And the carpet on the stairs looks extremely dirty! The condo had a great view! The lady in the front office is extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with.
