"Nice for a family vacation"

"We had asked if the house was occupied and it if was, we were not going to rent it. We were told it was not occupied and was converted into a fulltime rental with no personal possessions. This was completely false. When we showed up for check in the owner did not give us a gate key to get into the community and was not answering her phone. "The property was extremely dirty. The rooms were decent, but not all the amenities listed were actually available in the room. Additionally, the washroom had a very unpleasant smell throughout the stay."
