"The hotel is older and has some water damage very apparent around the window in our room including cracks in the brickwork. The staff was very nice. The views were beautiful, the elevators were old and slow, it was hard to even see the numbers on the buttons as they were so worn out. For a one-night stay it was fine, it was clean and comfortable."

"We arrived after hours, and Jim made sure we had what we needed and for our arrival to be seamless as possible. Our room was in excellent condition and super clean and fresh. Our bed was comfortable, seemed brand new and we had no problems! We will definitely stay at the Dolphin Oceanfront again in the future. Thanks again! "

"This was a great stay. Loved the view from the living room as well as main bedroom. We had everything we needed for preparing breakfast and lunch each day. I loved that it wasn't just a well stocked kitchen - the quality of the items was higher than many bnb stays we haveexperienced. Great location, small market nearby. Easy beach walk to Jeanette's Pier. We definitely would stay here again. "

"We stayed 4 nights with my family, and the house is very comfortable and equipped with almost everything you need. You only need to bring toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags, since those are not provided.The location is excellent—less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, just steps away from Jeannette’s Pier.The air conditioning is controlled and adjusted by the hosts. We requested to lower the temperature, and they responded very quickly. There are also plenty of fans available in the house in case it gets warm.The house does need some repairs, but if you don’t mind it being a bit dated, it is very cozy and comfortable. It was clean, and the bathrooms were also clean.The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress that is absolutely amazing—extremely comfortable. The mattress in the second-floor room is firmer but still comfortable. The rooms have plenty of pillows and blankets.They also have a Keurig coffee maker, which was a nice surprise—it’s actually the first time I’ve found a Keurig in a rental, which made the stay even more convenient.One thing I didn’t like was that the outdoor trash can was overflowing, and there was garbage scattered around it, with waste inside the bin without a bag.Overall, the price was excellent for the season. I would definitely stay there again."

"My wife and I had planned to sneak away with our dogs in late January but Mother Nature decided to dump record snow on Nags Head that weekend. I called just to ask about moving up our reservation by a day but Ronni went all mother hen on me and said she didn’t love that idea because we could still be putting ourselves in danger and offered to move our dates back a bit. Incredible idea. We just got back. Weather was perfect for March. Weather was gorgeous. But the house was wonderful. Hardwood floors, so much natural light, incredibly clean. Pet friendly is an understatement. But that Crow’s Nest. Game changer. We are up there. Had drinks up there. See y’all next time. Ronni, you are awesome. "
