A beautiful, newly renovated, dog-friendly unit at PierView Oceanfront Condos. Swell Life is ready for you to bring your pup, relax, make memories with family and friends, and enjoy all that the Outer Banks has to offer!

This two-bedroom, two-bath condo features a well-equipped kitchen, filtered drinking water (no bottled water necessary!), in-unit washer and dryer, cable (in the living area and master bedroom; second bedroom has a DVD player), Wi-Fi, and three flat-screen TVs. Enjoy spending time on the spacious 24' x 6' porch with beautiful views of the sound in the distance and a peek at the ocean.

Sleeping arrangements include a king-sized bed, queen bed, and twin bed. Linens (bath towels, washcloths, sheets) are provided.

The property offers easy beach access, outdoor grills, two outdoor pools (closed in the off-season), and a children's play area.

Please note that there are stairs to climb to get to the unit; however, there is a luggage lift in the building.

Bringing multiple vehicles? No problem! Plenty of free parking is available, with premium spots up for grabs on a first-come, first-served basis.

Swell Life is centrally located to many great local attractions, including the beautiful Jennette's Pier, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet. Fine and casual dining, grocery stores, and much more are also close by.

We had a fabulous time! The beach is mere steps away and there is a laying out area at the top of the middle building. Here you can get the warmth of the rays, listen to the ocean waves and not get any of the sand in or on where you don’t want it.

Loved our stay here in Nags Head. It was the perfect location, and the perfect size for our family, with comfortable beds and everything we needed for our long weekend at the beach. My sister and i had such a wonderful time! It was our first time to the outer banks and boy is it beautiful! The condo was perfection. Beautiful and super comfortable. When we go back to the outer banks we'll definitely be staying with you again! And our puppies were super happy too!

Wonderful property. Clean, stocked kitchen. 100 steps to the beach. Out of the hustle and bustle yet 5 to 20 minutes from almost everything. Joe was a wonderful host. Prompt response to messages and great suggestions. Mike and Lisa were wonderful property managers. Would definitely book again.

Great location! Nicely appointed unit!

This property is very nicely located near great restaurants (Sam & Omie’s!), Jeanette’s Pier, and a short drive to Roanoke Island and Manteo. Also, about a 20 minute drive to Oregon Inlet and the Pea Island Nature Preserve (tundra swans, herons, white pelicans, coots, and tons of ducks). The condo has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces and nice tvs. The only thing we didn’t like was the thirty two steps up to the second floor which was a bit problematic with taking the dog out (we are in our 70s). There is a freight elevator which was very helpful getting luggage and groceries in.

Ultimate Getaway

This house was perfect, an oasis that our family needed after a very hectic time. It had everything we needed to just relax, cozy living room, the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on, perfect Wi-Fi and peaceful views. When we were rested and ready to go, it was the perfect launch pad. The beach was right there, excellent restaurants, plenty to do or nothing if that’s what you wanted. The management was superb, check in, communication and check out all seamless. Have already recommended to friends and would return again anytime.

Good Family Location

The property was very clean and quiet and we appreciate having a place welcoming of pets. Communication with the owner was excellent and super helpful. It was our first time traveling with a dog and this fit our needs well. The sidewalk and grassy are were nice for dog walking. We certainly got our exercise using the steps multiple times a day, but it was manageable for us. The kitchen items were a little on the sparse side but we managed. I had read the reviews and had planned to take kitchen items we might need and also brought extra towels. We could have used extra blankets, which we didn’t pack. Our only disappointment was the ocean view which is just barely visible from the back patio,if you lean around to look past the corner of the building. The patio still provided a nice outside area for meals and the beach was easily accessible, just behind the unit.

Perfect vacation rental

Family of 4 with two dogs rented this condo for a week during the week of July 4th. This condo has everything you need to feel like home away from home and is completely renovated inside. The beach is right out back of the property and has showers to get sand off everything and there are two pools and a playground to enjoy—which our children did! There are outdoor grills and picnic chairs on the property and a ton of parking. You can walk to Janette’s pier, shops and restaurants that are close by. The owner and property managers respond within minutes and before your vacation, they send a list of attractions throughout the whole entire outer banks. You can tell both the owner and property manager love this condo complex and want to have memorable vacations for their clients. I wouldn’t change a thing about this rental or experience—so much so that we plan on booking again.

Best of both world's

This was a great place for our short stay. The most important thing to us was the dog friendly atmosphere for a reasonable price, which we found here at swell life. The home was clean. You can see the sound/bay and the ocean from the deck. If you sit in the right spot you can watch the waves roll in and in the other spot watch the sun set and its gorgeous colors over the sound/bay. You can hear the ocean at all times. We always like a oceanfront view and although this wasn't an oceanfront view. You did have a view of both worlds... just had to share the ocean view seat with the others in the house. The walk to the ocean is the same as an oceanfront house would have. The luggage lift was a life saver, especially since im getting older and my knees and back just aren't like they use to be. The beds were comfortable and we had all the linens and towels that we needed. Loved the shower in the main bedroom. I believe my only suggestion would be to put some support under the couch cushions as you sink quit a bit when you sit down in it. Other than that, the couch was very comfortable and had plenty of room for people to sit and be comfortable. I want to thank Joe for sharing his place with us while we remembered my dad on his heavenly 63rd birthday. I would love to return..... maybe longer next time and oceanfront if able.
