Located in the Buccaneer Village of Pirate's Cove in Manteo, this 3-bedroom condo is an Outer Banks getaway that offers stunning water views, community amenities and is only a short drive to the beach and historic Roanoke Island. Once inside the home, you'll be amazed at the spacious and airy interior. Decorated with a coastal feel in mind, there is plenty of natural light, perfect for relaxing on the comfortable couch with a book or at the kitchen table while you dine with family. The kitchen is updated with all of the appliances that you'll need for preparing your meals for the day, all while only being a few steps from the living area. Step outside on the covered deck and take in the beautiful water views of the canal any time of the day. When it s time to turn in for the day, you'll find 3 spacious bedrooms, perfect for relaxing after a busy day on the water. No Pets Allowed. \*There is no elevator in the building.\* Home has a dedicated parking space under the building. Fireplace is not for guest use. Anchor's Away offers nightly stays, allowing you to book a three-night (3-night) minimum at any time. All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement. Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation.
