"After Air Canadian stranded us by canceling our flight the staff at Park Plaza Hotel went out of their way to accommodate us. A one night free upgrade and breakfast. Upon leaning we were stuck for a week while awaiting a new flight, they again went out if their way to ensure we were comfortable and could stay for the duration of our extended wait. Much appreciate. "

"Stayed in a family deluxe room with my husband and 3 teenage kids. The hotel was fantastic and the addition of the free ferry from canary wards was brilliant, we loved it. The room was great and after a request before we arrived they gave us a room with a balcony and an amazing view over the Thames! They staff were really helpful and accommodating. I wasn’t aware that the pillows would be feather, me and my daughter are allergic. They were realy quick in getting us suitable pillows which was greatly appreciated. Also the warm welcome cookies on arrival was also a great addition, especially after a stressful journey. They only thing I would say is that the room was a little tired and could do with being spruced up a little and a couple of chairs on the balcony to sit and enjoy the view would be great! We were very impressed and would definitely recommend to others and would also stay again! Thank you to all for making it a pleasant stay! ☺️"
