Bedroom 4 is a delightful space for kids with two comfortable single beds. Indulge in relaxation in our backyard oasis, complete with a soothing hot tub – perfect for unwinding under the Utah stars. Backyard and main floor / upstairs is completely private spaces. There is a mother in law apartment rented separately downstairs. We do have an active exterior camera - pointed at the road at the entrance. Kindly note that credit card processing fees exceeding $100 will not be refunded in the event of a full refund. We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space. Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.
