The staff was friendly and professional, they help us check in ahead of time, offer coffee and hot chocolate for the kids, arrange our shuttle to the airport, etc they help in every way. The interior was spacious, and the patio was especially lovely—unfortunately, it was too cold for us to fully enjoy it.
